Internship at Texas Instruments: done.
Today was my last day as an intern at Texas Instruments in San Diego. It was a great experience. I learned a lot from all the people I worked with.
I am going back to France next Thursday. I have to go back to school for at least something like 6 months (hopefully not much more) and then I will try to come back here in San Diego or somewhere around San Diego County or Orange County.
As a surprisingly cheerful side note, Juliann kind of invited me to a sushi bar yesterday night, sort of a goodbye dinner (she is off to the Bahamas until Tuesday). Nothing exciting but I am really glad she did it.

je suis tombé sur ce blog par hasard, en cherchant des offres de stages à l'étranger.
J'ai vu que tu as fait un stage chez Texas Instrument à San diego et que tu avais été enchanté.
Je suis actuellement en 4ème année d'école d'ingénieur à l'INSA Lyon, département Génie Electrique et je souhaiterais faire un stage de 5-6 mois (mi-Février à Fin Juillet) dans le domaine de l'électronique, idéalement chez TI.
Serait-il possible que tu me recommandes auprès de ton ancien tuteur de stage ?
Je suis très motivé et, ayant un DUT Génie Electrique et Informatique Industrielle, fort techniquement. De plus, je suis sérieux et parle un anglais correct.
Tu as mon adresse e-mail et j'attends de tes nouvelles, en esperant vraiment que tu puisses m'aider.

Je suis désolé mais ça ne va pas être possible. Je ne peux pas recommander quelqu'un que je ne connais pas du tout et encore moins quelqu'un avec qui je n'ai jamais travaillé.
